Spiral welded pipe, also known as spiral seam submerged arc welded pipe or spiral pipe, is a type of metal pipe with spiral seams welded using the submerged arc welding process. Its production process mainly involves the strip or coil plate undergoing surface pretreatment (such as degreasing, cleaning, chemical treatment, etc.), rolling it into a spiral cylinder, and welding it through the submerged arc welding process. During the coiling process, the strip itself is used for pre-bending and shaping, and finally welded into a round pipe.
