56. What factors affect the normal microstructure of galvanized coating?

There are many factors affecting the normal structure of the galvanized coating, but the most important factors can be summarized as follows: (1) the change of the chemical and physical properties of the steel pipe matrix itself; (2) the change of the temperature and the time of galvanizing (i.e. the strength factor and the quantity factor); (3) the addition of other alloy components (or chemical elements) in the zinc liquid.
