Corrosion refers to the influence of metal materials and environmental media on the chemical and electrochemical effects of the metal surface, causing the degradation and destruction of the material. The common corrosion of pipelines is mainly caused by corrosive substances such as dissolving carbon dioxide, H2S, C1, a small amount of dissolved oxygen and bacteria. These substances are directly related to metal and cause chemical corrosion.

This structure combines the high adhesion, oxygen resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and cathode poleness of the FBE. It has outstanding advantages such as strong adhesion on the surface of the pipeline, good electrical insulation, impact resistance, and long service life. The cathode protection current density is small, only 1 ~ 38A/m2.

From the perspective of long -term development, excellent cost performance is very obvious. 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe structure: The first layer is epoxy powder (FBE> 100um), the second layer is a binder (concentral adhesive) 170 ~ 250um, and the third layer is 2.5 ~ 3.7 mm of polyethylene (PE). The three materials are closely integrated, closely combined with the steel pipe, forming a fine tube wall, and preheating according to the epoxy powder process. When the powder is contacted with the tube wall, the powder will melt and adhere to the tube wall, and then use a pump to reduce the temperature in the tube and reduce the number of powder adhesion to the tube wall.
