The extruder heats the plastic to a viscous flow state. Under pressure, the plastic is forced through a die of a specific shape, becoming a continuous body with a cross-section similar to the die's shape. Afterward, through cooling, the plastic with a certain geometry and dimensions transitions from the viscous flow state to the elastomeric state. Finally, it cools and solidifies into the glassy state, resulting in the desired product. (Glassy state - Viscous flow state - Elastomeric state - Glassy state). In layman's terms, this process involves transitioning from granular state - granular and melted granular mixture - fully melted granular state - finished product.
