The spiral tube is prone to cracks in thermal treatment cooling. Pay attention to these during the production process, which can effectively avoid cracks.

1. After quenching, you should recover in time. Many Q345B spiral steel pipes are not caused by the quenching and cooling process, but after being taken out of the quenching medium, it appears after a period of time, that is, the so -called timeliness crack. This is due to a large quenching stress. If the fire treatment is performed immediately after quenching, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of timely cracks.

3. Use lower quenching temperature and short insulation time. For high -alloy steel, the Q345B spiral steel pipe is poorly conducting, so it should be fully heated (one or many times).

4. For parts that are easy to quench (such as threaded holes, edges, grooves, etc.), you must use stone cotton ropes to plug or wrap it with iron. Causes the q345B spiral steel pipe.

5. Choose a medium that is slowly cooling and uses the Q345B spiral steel pipe with oil -cooled cooler to avoid cold in the water; master the time of cooling the medium, generally cooling to the vicinity of Q345B spiral steel pipes. The production of cracks can be used as a cooler medium that can be used as a cooler solution, which can prevent the risk of complicated workpieces from quenching cracks.
