1. Bending steel pipes and welds are bent in the same direction
Reason: Insufficient treatment of welds is insufficient, there is a thermal stress on the side of the pipeline, and the welds are bent in one direction after cooling.
Solution: (1) Adjust the middle roller and appropriately increase the deficiency curve; (2) straight straight; (3) When the tube cannot directly correct, the overall temperature is tube.

2. Irregular bend of straight seam steel pipes
Reasons: A. The pressure between the three rollers is inconsistent; b.
Solution: Check whether the upper straight roller is loose, and straighten the length of the contact line between the three channels with the sample stick.
3. The length of the straight steel pipe is greatly shortened.
Reason: The roller corners of the three kinds of straight rollers are too large, and the stress of straight straight.
Solution: Adjust the roller pressure angle as much as possible to keep it consistent; appropriately adjust the straight pressure.

4. Bending one end of the straight steel pipe
Reason: The distance between the roller is too large.
Solution: Select a small spacing straight machine suitable for the corresponding pipe diameter.
5. The head of the straight steel pipe is not round
Reasons: The distribution or overlapping of contact between the three straight rollers is inappropriate or in line with the pressure, and the pressure of the roll is too great.
Solution: Properly adjust the angle between the roller and the roller, and adjust the pressure from the drum to the tube.
