Different types of straight steel pipe production

The steel pipe made of stitched welding steel pipes made of hot -rolled steel plates or steel band rolls on the welding equipment is called straight seam welded pipes obtained on the welding equipment. The straight seam welded steel pipe (YB242-63) is a steel pipe with the longitudinal parallel of the weld and the steel pipe. It is usually divided into public welding steel pipes, welding thin wall pipes, transformer cooling oil pipes, and so on.

The welding process of straight seam can be divided into resistance welding straight steel pipes and buried arc welded straight seam steel pipes. The AC welding is divided into low -frequency welding, medium frequency welding, ultra -medium -frequency welding and high -frequency welding according to different frequencies. High -frequency welding is mainly used for the production of thin -walled steel pipes or ordinary wall thick steel pipes. High -frequency welding is divided into contact welding and inductive welding. DC welding is generally used for small -caliber steel pipes.

Therefore, in an all -case, high -frequency welded pipes are included in ERW welded pipes. It is an ERW welded pipe produced in high -frequency welding processes. ERW straight seam welded pipe is a steel pipe with advanced product performance in the field of oil and gas storage and transportation. The probability of defects is small, and can transport humid acid natural gas with conditions; after the diameter is expanded, the geometric size and accuracy of the steel pipe is high; welding is performed by the horizontal position after the formation is completed. The perimeter length is better controlled and the welding quality is excellent.
