(1) Decoiler: It is used to unwind the curled metal strip material (such as steel strip) into a flat state, preparing it for subsequent processing.
(2) Steel Strip Straightening Machine: This machine straightens the unwound steel strip to eliminate bends and waves produced during the curling process, ensuring the flatness of the steel strip.
(3) Shearing and Butt Welding Machine: It precisely cuts the steel strip and, as needed, butt welds multiple steel strip segments together to meet production continuity requirements.
(4) Coil Storage/Looping Device: It stores a certain amount of steel strip to ensure continuous feeding of the production line and smoothly releases the steel strip to the next process when needed.
(5) Forming Machine: Through multiple passes of rolling and forming dies, it gradually deforms the steel strip into the desired tube shape (such as round tube, square tube, etc.).
(6) High-Frequency Welding Machine: Utilizing high-frequency induction heating technology, it welds the formed tube blank. High-frequency current passes through the edges of the tube blank, rapidly heating them to a molten state and achieving welding junction under the action of extrusion rolls.
(7) Sizing Machine: It precisely sizes the welded tube by adjusting its diameter and wall thickness through extrusion rolls to meet product specification requirements.
(8) Non-Destructive Testing Equipment: It conducts non-destructive testing on the welded tube, such as ultrasonic testing and X-ray testing, to detect and eliminate welding defects.
(9) Flying Cutter Saw Machine: According to order requirements, it cuts the sized tube to the specified length to form the final steel pipe product.
(10) Other Auxiliary Equipment: Such as steel pipe straightening machines, pipe section processing equipment, and hydrostatic test machines, which are used for further processing and testing of steel pipes to ensure their quality and performance meet standard requirements.
