Tests Required to Ensure the Quality of Spiral Welded Pipes - Final Product Inspection and Quality Control

Appearance Inspection: Conduct an appearance inspection on the finished pipeline, including checking the surface finish, and for the presence of defects such as rust spots, corrosion, and cracking.

Dimensional Measurement: Measure the pipeline's diameter, wall thickness, length, and other dimensional parameters to ensure compliance with standard requirements.

Physical Performance Testing: Perform physical performance tests such as tensile tests and flattening tests to verify the pipeline's mechanical properties and pressure-bearing capacity.

Packaging and Transportation: Package and transport the pipelines according to customer requirements to ensure they remain undamaged during transportation.
