Production Process of High-Frequency Welded Steel Tubes - Forming and Welding

Forming: Through multiple passes of roller pressing and forming dies, the steel strip is gradually deformed into the desired tube shape (such as round tubes, square tubes, etc.).

High-Frequency Welding: High-frequency induction heating technology is employed to weld the formed tube blanks. High-frequency current passes through the edges of the tube blanks, rapidly heating them to a molten state, and welding is achieved under the action of squeeze rollers.
