Forms of Pretreatment

Generally, there are two commonly used forms of pretreatment for lined composite pipes: brushing and sandblasting. Chemical derusting is also a possible method; however, due to the hygienic requirements for lined composite steel pipes used in water transmission, this method is gradually being phased out.
