Pre -plating processing process:

Purmium: Purmake with hydrochloric acid or other acids to remove the oxide on the surface of the steel pipe.
Rinse: Rinse twice to remove residual acids and iron salt attached to the surface of the steel pipe.
Immersion agent: Use the melting agent to remove all impurities from the surface of the steel pipe to ensure that the steel pipe and zinc liquid can be cleaned and contact, forming a good coating.
