Helical welded pipe, also known as spiral submerged arc welded pipe or spiral pipe, is a type of metal pipe with a spiral seam welded using the submerged arc welding process. Its production process mainly involves surface pretreatment (such as degreasing, cleaning, chemical treatment, etc.) of strip steel or coiled plate, which is then rolled into a spiral cylinder and welded through the submerged arc welding process. During the rolling process, the strip steel itself is used for pre-bending and shaping, ultimately welding into a round pipe.
