High-Frequency Welding

High-frequency welding is the most crucial process in the production of high-frequency welded round tubes.

There are three reasons for this. First, welding quality directly affects product performance: the weld quality of high-frequency welding directly determines the strength and sealability of the tubing, which in turn affects the overall performance and service life of the product.

Secondly, the welding process is complex and difficult to control: high-frequency welding involves multiple factors such as precise control of high-frequency current, adjustment of welding speed, and maintenance of weld gap, requiring highly specialized skills and experience.

Furthermore, welding costs account for a relatively high proportion: high-frequency welding equipment is expensive, and the energy consumption and labor costs during the welding process are also relatively high. Therefore, improving welding efficiency and quality is of great significance for reducing production costs.
