There are many types of spiral steel pipes produced by spiral steel pipe manufacturers. The steel pipe damage is inevitable during the loading and unloading process. The specific matters are as follows:
1. Packing of spiral steel pipes should be able to avoid loosening and damage in normal loading, unloading, transportation and storage.
2. If the requirements of the packaging materials and packaging methods of the spiral steel pipe should be specified in the contract; if it is not indicated, the packaging material and packaging method have the supplier selection.
3. Packaging materials shall comply with relevant regulations. If the packaging materials are not required, it should be met in accordance with the predetermined use to avoid waste and cause environmental pollution.
4. If the customer requires that the spiral steel pipe cannot be damaged on the outside, the protection device can be considered between the spiral steel pipes. The protective device can use rubber, straw rope, fiber cloth, plastic, tube cap, etc.
5. Thin -wall spiral steel pipes can be protected by internal support or external frame protection due to thick walls. The material of the bracket and the outer frame is consistent with the steel material material of the spiral steel tube.
6. The state stipulates that the spiral steel pipes use bulk. If the customer requires that the bundles can be considered as appropriate, the caliber must be between 159mm and 500mm. The tied materials are packaged and tightly buckled with steel bands. Each should be twisted into at least two strands, and the outer diameter and weight of the spiral steel pipe should be appropriately increased to prevent loosening.
7. The fixed ruler's spiral steel pipe can not be tied.
8. If the two ends of the spiral steel pipe have a wire buckle, there should be a thread protector. Apply lubricating oil or rust prevention agent on the silk buckle. Breaking the mouth at both ends of the spiral steel pipe can be added with the pipe port protector according to the requirements.
9. If the spiral steel pipe is loaded with a soft moisture -proof device such as textile cloth and grass cushion in the container. For the textile spiral steel pipes, scattered in the container can be tied or welded in the external welding of the spiral steel pipe.
