In an environment with a temperature of (20 ± 5) ° C, the curvature radius is 8 times the diameter of the nominal nominal diameter of the steel pipe, and the curved angle is 30O. There is no filling inside the tube during the bending test, and the weld is located on the side of the curved main surface.
After the test, the test parts are cut off from the middle of the curved arc to check the inner coating. The test results should comply with 5.7 regulations.
6. Flanched test
DN> 50 mm coating steel pipes for flattening test. The size of the tube section is (50 ± 10) mm.
In an environment with a temperature of (20 ± 5) ° C, the test parts are placed between the two tablets, and the distance between the two tablets is gradually compressed to four -fifth of the diameter of the test parts on the pressure test machine. The steel pipe weld is perpendicular to the direction of the load. After the test, check the internal coating, and the test results shall comply with 5.8 regulations.

7. Inspeal test
Cut a sample of about 100 mm from any position of the coating steel pipe. In an environment with a temperature of (20 ± 5) ° C, the weld should be in the opposite direction of the impact. The test results should comply with the 5.9 regulations.

Epoxy resin coating plastic steel pipes are suitable for transporting the medium of drainage, seawater, warm water, oil, gas and other media, and polyvinyl chloride coating steel pipes are suitable for transmission of medium such as drainage, seawater, oil, and gas.
