To prevent galvanized steel pipes from bending during water cooling, the following measures should be taken:
(1) The temperature of the hot galvanized steel pipes should not be too high before water cooling.
(2) The temperature of the cooling water should be maintained within the range of 50～80°C. If there is not much steam fog produced, it is preferable to use a higher water temperature.
(3) When immersing galvanized steel pipes into the cooling water, it is best to do so suddenly.
(4) Prevent one end of the hot galvanized steel pipe from being in the cooling water while the other end is resting on the edge of the cooling tank.
