Inspection and Quality Control of Finished Spiral Welded Pipes

Appearance Inspection: Conduct an appearance inspection of the finished pipes, including checking for surface smoothness, rust spots, corrosion, cracks, and other defects.

Dimensional Measurement: Measure the diameter, wall thickness, length, and other dimensional parameters of the pipes to ensure they meet standard requirements.

Physical Performance Testing: Perform physical performance tests such as tensile tests and flattening tests to verify the mechanical properties and pressure-bearing capacity of the pipes.

Packaging and Transportation: Package and transport the pipes according to customer requirements to ensure they remain undamaged during transportation.
