Maintenance of galvanized pipe

Regular inspections: regular inspections of galvanized pipes to observe whether the pipeline has corrosion, leakage, and cracking. If the problem is found, repairs or replace it in time.

1

Clean maintenance: regularly clean the inner wall and outer wall of the galvanized pipe to remove dirt and rust. During the cleaning process, soft tools such as soft brush or cotton cloth should be used to avoid using hard objects or chemical supplies to scratch the surface of the pipeline. After cleaning, dry the water with a dry cotton cloth to prevent rust.

2

Anti -corrosion treatment: Anticorrosive treatment should be performed for corrosive galvanized pipes. You can use a steel wire brush to brush the rust part, then wash it with a neutral phosphoric acid solution, and apply a transparent rust -proof paint or waxing protection.

Water quality management: Ensure the use of high -quality tap water resources to avoid excessive water, manganese, cadmium and other substances in the water to adversely affect the galvanized pipe. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly clean up the impurities and sediments in the pipeline to maintain the stability and cleaning of water quality.
