To prevent galvanized steel pipes from bending during water cooling, the following measures should be taken:
(1) The temperature of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes should not be too high before water cooling.
(2) The temperature of the cooling water should be maintained within the range of 50~80°C. When little steam mist is generated, it is preferable to use water with a higher temperature within this range.
(3) When immersing galvanized steel pipes into the cooling water, it is best to do so suddenly.
(4) Prevent one end of the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe from being in the cooling water while the other end rests on the edge of the cooling tank.
