1. Raw Material Selection
Steel Strip Quality: High-quality steel with low impurity content and low levels of sulfur, phosphorus, and other elements should be selected to ensure the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of high-frequency welded tubes.
Packaging and Transportation: Appropriate packaging methods should be adopted to prevent surface damage during storage and transportation.
Storage: Outdoor storage should be avoided as much as possible.
2. Equipment Accuracy and Stability
Equipment Accuracy: Ensure that high-frequency welded tube production equipment has high precision to guarantee the dimensional accuracy and shape stability of the welded tubes.
Equipment Stability: Strengthen equipment maintenance to reduce the failure rate and ensure equipment stability during long-term operation.
Equipment Selection: Choose appropriate equipment models and specifications based on production requirements to ensure that the equipment meets production demands.
3. Welding Process
Adjustment of Welding Parameters: Reasonably adjust the frequency, power, current, and welding speed of the high-frequency welding machine based on factors such as tube material, specifications, and wall thickness to ensure weld quality.
Position of Induction Coil and Impedance Device: The induction coil should be placed on the same centerline as the steel tube, maintaining an appropriate distance from the tube surface. The impedance device should be placed in the V-shaped heating section, with a cross-sectional area not less than 70% of the inner diameter of the steel tube, to ensure the formation of the electromagnetic induction circuit and the concentration of eddy current heat.
Control of Weld Gap: Adjust the extrusion amount of the extruding rolls to keep the weld gap within 1-3mm to ensure welding quality.
Groove Shape: For thick-walled tubes, an appropriate groove shape (such as "X") should be adopted to improve uniform heating and welding quality of the weld.
4. Forming Process
Ensure accurate adjustment of forming rolls, guide rolls, extruding rolls, and other equipment to obtain good tube shape and dimensional accuracy.
5. Cold Bending Process
For high-frequency welded tubes requiring cold bending, control the cold bending process parameters, such as bending angle and bending radius, to ensure tube bending resistance and service life.
6. Personnel Quality
Job Skills: Strengthen the skills training of production personnel to enable them to master the process flow, equipment operation, and quality control points of high-frequency welded tube production.
Quality Awareness: Cultivate the quality awareness of production personnel, making them recognize the importance of product quality and operate strictly according to quality control standards.
