Ultrasonic Inspection: Perform ultrasonic inspection on the internal and external welds of steel pipes as well as the base metal on both sides of the welds to detect potential defects such as cracks, slag inclusions, etc.
X-ray Examination: Conduct X-ray industrial television inspection on the internal and external welds of steel pipes, utilizing an image processing system to ensure the sensitivity of flaw detection and further confirm the quality of the welds.
Eddy Current Inspection: In certain cases, eddy current inspection may be allowed as an alternative to hydrostatic testing to detect defects on the surface and near-surface of steel pipes.
