Operating Method for Drying - Rolling Steel Pipe Method

Firstly, arrange the solvent-coated steel pipes neatly on the feed rack in front of the drying oven. Then, depending on the speed of the galvanizing machine, in combination with the temperature and time of the drying oven, divide them into batches of three, five, or more and place them on the shelves inside the drying oven. The steel pipes will then slowly roll down the inclined shelves towards the middle of the oven, where they will meet the previously heated steel pipes inside. The two batches must not overlap (or they can first rest on the rotating retaining hooks). Once the solvent on the steel pipes at the outlet of the drying oven has reached the required level, rotate the retaining hooks to roll them to the feed chain hooks of the galvanizing machine for galvanizing one by one.

During operation, it is important to ensure that the irregular-length steel pipes enter the drying oven with one end aligned, and this aligned end should be the one that will first be immersed in the zinc bath.
