Plastic-coated composite steel pipe is a type of composite piping that consists of a steel pipe with one or multiple layers of polymeric materials (such as thermoplastic powder coatings, polyethylene, epoxy resin, etc.) coated on its outer surface. The application of the powder coating is done through electrostatic spraying or roller coating, hence the terms "coated" and "plastic."
