Processing process of seamless steel pipes

The raw material of the rolled national standard steel pipe is the round tube blank. The round tube embryo must be grown by the cutting process of about 1 meter by cutting and processing of the cutting machine, and it is sent to the melting furnace to heat it through the teleport belt.

The billet was sent to the furnace to heat, and the temperature was about 1200 degrees Celsius. The fuel is hydrogen or acetylene.

The temperature control in the furnace is a key problem. After the round tube blank is released, it must be perforated through the pressure perforation machine.

Generally, the more common perforation machines are tapered roller perforation machines. This perforation machine has high production efficiency, good product quality, large ductors, and can wear a variety of steel species.

After perforation, the round tube blank was rolled, rolled or squeezed by three rollers. After squeezing, the deserture is deserted. The diameter rotates into the steel embryo with a tapered drill to form a steel pipe.

The inner diameter of the steel pipe is determined by the outer diameter of the fixed diameter drill. After the national standard steel pipe is passed through the fixed diameter, it enters the cooling tower and cools through water spray. After the steel pipe is cooled, it is necessary to be straight. After the steel pipe is correct, it will be sent to the metal probe (or hydraulic experiment) for internal explosion.

If there are cracks and bubbles inside the steel pipe, it will be detected. After the steel pipe is inspected, it must be selected by strict manual. After the steel pipe quality inspection, the paint is sprayed on the number, specifications, production batch number, etc. And the crane is hung into the warehouse.
