Production introduction of thick wall spiral tubes

The spiral steel pipe is to roll the low -carbon carbon structure steel or low alloy structure steel band at the angle of the spiral line (called the forming angle) into a tube blank, and then welded the pipe seam. The production control of thick wall spiral tube is to improve the plastic toughness of the steel pipe, improve the cleanliness of steel water, reduce harmful mixing, and improve the overall quality of the steel pipe. In the production process, a reasonable cooling system is adopted to avoid cracks inside, and the quality of steel pipes will be improved from various aspects.

There are many procedures for the production process of the spiral tube. The last step is to reduce the speed of the roll. The roll speed is a key parameter of the perforation process. During the process of the roll speed from low to high, there is a rocket roll speed that begins to appear. When the roll speed is low, the pipeline is prone to form a hole cavity; when the roll speed is high, the pipe and 45#structural spiral steel pipes are prone to form layered defects. In order to eliminate tubular and 45#structural spiral steel tube layered defects, the roll speed should be reduced to below the rotation speed of the stratified critical rolls.

The spiral tube rationally controls the heating temperature during the production process. By determining the thermoplastic curve, the best heating temperature is selected. Pay attention to the heating of the tube to have enough insulation time to reduce the deformation resistance and increase the 45#structure thick wall spiral tube plastic toughness.
