Production Materials for Lined Composite Pipes

(1) Metal Pipe Materials:

Common metal pipe materials include seamless steel pipes, hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, copper pipes, cast iron pipes, or fiberglass-reinforced plastic (GRP) pipes. For aluminum alloy lined composite pipes, aluminum alloy materials such as 6063 are used. These metal pipes must comply with corresponding national standards, for example, hot-dip galvanized steel pipes need to meet the requirements of GB/T 3091.

(2) Plastic Pipe Materials:

Plastic pipe materials are typically selected from high-strength plastics such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R), and polyethylene of raised temperature resistance (PE-RT). These plastic pipes must meet their respective material standards, for instance, PP-R pipes should comply with the requirements of GB/T 18742.2.
