Production Process of High-Frequency Welded Circular Tubes

The most crucial process in the production of high-frequency welded circular tubes is the high-frequency welding.

There are three main reasons for this. Firstly, welding quality directly affects product performance: the weld quality of high-frequency welding determines the strength and sealing performance of the tubing, which in turn affects the overall performance and service life of the product.

Secondly, the welding process is complex and difficult to control: high-frequency welding involves precise control of high-frequency current, adjustment of welding speed, maintenance of weld gap, and other factors, requiring highly specialized skills and experience.

Furthermore, welding costs account for a relatively high proportion: high-frequency welding equipment is expensive, and the energy consumption and labor costs during the welding process are also relatively high. Therefore, improving welding efficiency and quality is of great significance for reducing production costs.
