Epoxy Powder (FBE):
As the first layer of corrosion protection material for 3PE composite pipes, epoxy powder exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion. It can tightly adhere to the surface of steel pipes, forming a robust corrosion barrier that effectively resists the erosion of corrosive media.
Adhesive (AD):
Serving as the intermediate layer, the primary function of the adhesive is to connect the epoxy powder layer and the polyethylene layer, ensuring that the three layers of materials are tightly bonded together. The adhesive possesses good adhesion and corrosion resistance, maintaining stable performance under high temperatures and pressures, thereby ensuring the integrity and durability of the entire corrosion protection layer.
Polyethylene (PE):
As the outermost layer of 3PE composite pipes, the polyethylene layer provides additional corrosion protection and mechanical strength. Polyethylene material exhibits excellent chemical corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance, effectively withstanding corrosive media and mechanical damage from the external environment. Additionally, the polyethylene layer possesses good weather resistance and anti-aging properties, ensuring that the pipeline maintains stable performance during long-term use.
