Spiral welded pipe, also known as spiral seam submerged arc welded pipe or spiral pipe, is a type of metal pipe with a spiral seam that is welded using the submerged arc welding process. Its production process mainly involves taking strip steel or coiled plate, which has undergone surface pretreatment (such as degreasing, cleaning, chemical treatment, etc.), rolling it into a spiral cylinder, and welding it through the submerged arc welding process. During the rolling process, the strip steel itself is used for pre-bending and shaping, ultimately being welded into a circular pipe.
