During the welding process, the spiral tube manufacturer overflows it to the lack of heated mother material or welded seams, and coagulates into metal tumors. This metal tumor that cannot be piled up with the mother material or anterior weld is called welding tumor.
This defect makes the welding seams not beautiful, and the parts where welding tumors are welded often have asx residue and unprooped. In addition to reducing the intensity of welding tumors in the tube, the effective section of the tube is also reduced.
During the spiral tube welding, the metal tumor formed by the melting metal flowing to the unpolished mother material outside the weld was called the welding tumor.
The welding tumor not only affects the appearance of the weld, but also has defects such as welding permeability under welding tumors, which can easily cause stress concentration. It is more likely to produce welding tumors inside the pipes during vertical welding and horizontal welding, which will reduce the effective area in the pipe and even cause pipeline blockage.

Analysis of the cause of formation of spiral tube welding tumor:
1. The welding of the slopes, welding or overlapping welding. If the welding current is too large, the stripe angle is incorrect or the operation gesture is not proper.
2. The temperature of the melting tank is too high, and the solidification is slow, and the welding tumor is formed under the influence of iron water.
