Adjustment of Welding Parameters: Based on factors such as the material, specifications, and wall thickness of the pipe, reasonably adjust the frequency, power, current, and welding speed of the high-frequency welding machine to ensure the quality of the weld seam.
Positioning of Induction Coil and Impedance Device: The induction coil should be placed on the same centerline as the steel pipe, maintaining an appropriate distance from the pipe surface. The impedance device should be positioned in the V-shaped heating section, with its cross-sectional area not less than 70% of the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the steel pipe, to ensure the formation of the electromagnetic induction loop and the concentration of eddy current heat.
Weld Gap Control: Adjust the extrusion amount of the squeeze rollers to control the weld gap within 1-3mm, ensuring the welding quality of the seam.
Groove Shape: For thick-walled pipes, an appropriate groove shape (such as an "X" shape) should be adopted to improve uniform heating and welding quality of the weld seam.
