What are the differences between galvanized belt pipes and hot -dip galvanized pipes

Galvanized steel pipe is a metal material with excellent performance. Compared with hot -dip galvanized pipes, there are several differences:

1. Different processes: The hot -dip galvanized pipe is immersed in the melting zinc liquid of the steel pipe for galvanizing, and the galvanized band steel pipe is placed evenly on the surface of the steel belt through the electroplating process.

2. Different structures: Hot -dip galvanized pipes are a type of tube -shaped product, while galvanized band steel pipes are a belt -shaped product with large width and smaller thickness.

3. Different uses: The hot -dip galvanized pipes are mainly used to transport liquids and gas, such as water pipes, oil pipelines, etc.; While galvanized steel pipes are mainly used to manufacture various metal products, such as car parts, home appliances shells, etc.

4. Different anticorrosive performance: Due to the thicker galvanized layer, the hot -dip galvanized pipe has good anticorrosive performance; while the steel pipes of galvanized belt tubes are relatively poor due to the thin zinc layer.

5. Different costs: The production process of hot -dip galvanized pipes is relatively complicated and the cost is high; while the production process of galvanized steel pipes is relatively simple, and the cost is low.
