What are the raw materials used in the production of 3PE composite pipes?

Epoxy Powder (FBE):

As the first layer of corrosion protection material for 3PE composite pipes, epoxy powder possesses excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion properties. It can tightly adhere to the surface of steel pipes, forming a solid corrosion protection barrier that effectively resists the erosion of corrosive media.

Adhesive (AD):

Serving as the interlayer, the main function of the adhesive is to connect the epoxy powder layer and the polyethylene layer, ensuring that the three layers can be tightly bonded together. The adhesive has good viscosity and corrosion resistance, maintaining stable performance under high temperatures and pressure, thereby ensuring the integrity and durability of the entire corrosion protection layer.

Polyethylene (PE):

As the outermost layer of 3PE composite pipes, the polyethylene layer provides additional corrosion protection and mechanical strength. Polyethylene material exhibits excellent chemical corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance, effectively resisting corrosive media and mechanical damage in the external environment. Additionally, the polyethylene layer possesses good weatherability and aging resistance, ensuring that the pipeline maintains stable performance during long-term use.
