What is high-frequency welded steel pipe?

A high-frequency welded steel pipe is a steel pipe made by welding metallic materials (mainly steel plates) together utilizing the resistance heat effect of high-frequency current. This process harnesses the skin effect and proximity effect of high-frequency current to heat and melt the edges of the pipe billet. Then, under the action of squeeze rollers, pressure welding is performed to produce the steel pipe.
