Spiral welded pipe, also known as spiral submerged arc welded pipe or spiral pipe, is a type of metal pipe with spiral seams welded using the submerged arc welding process. Its production process primarily involves surface pre-treatment (such as degreasing, cleaning, chemical treatment, etc.) of steel strip or coil, rolling it into a spiral cylinder, and then welding it through the submerged arc welding process. During the rolling process, the steel strip itself is used for pre-bending and shaping, ultimately welding into a round pipe.
