What is the anticorrosive technology of 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe

3PE anticorrosive steel pipe anti -corrosion process refers to the steel pipes that can effectively prevent or slow down the corrosion of chemical or electrochemical reactions in the process of transportation and use after the anticorrosive technology treatment.

The 3PE -grade anti -corrosion steel pipe is a three -layer three -layer polyolefin coating (MAPEC) anticorrosive steel pipe commonly used in my country. The first layer of epoxy powder (FBE is greater than 100um), the second layer of adhesive (AD) is 170 ~ 250m, and the third layer of polyethylene (PE) is 2.5 ~ 3.7mm. Other anti -corrosion methods include IPN8710, FBE epoxy powder and pillar pillar.

The application requirements mainly include the following three aspects:

1. The coating formed by coating with good corrosion resistance is stable when exposed to various corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, industrial sewage, chemical gases, etc., and should not be dissolved, bloated or decomposed by the corrosive media. New harmful substances should not be produced with the medium;

2. Good anti -osmotic coating can prevent its penetration and correct its corrosion of the pipe surface when contacting the liquid or gas medium with strong permeability;

3. Good adhesion and flexibility, the coating will not fall off due to the vibration or slight deformation of the pipeline, and the coating should have a certain mechanical strength.

Epoxy anticorrosive coatings have the advantages of strong adhesion, acid and alkali resistance, and low contraction rate. It is widely used for corrosion of the inside and outside walls in the pipeline. The disadvantage is the poor weather resistance of the paint film and easy to shatter. Especially when the curing treatment is poor, the water resistance of the coating is poor, and it is easy to turn white and brittle.
