The steel strip passes through the middle of the lower and upper rolls of the delivery mechanism. The pressing cylinder acts on both ends of the upper roll, and under the force of the cylinder, a sufficiently large friction is generated between the upper and lower rolls and the steel strip. The delivery rolls are powered by motors and reducers. As the delivery rolls rotate, the steel strip is smoothly fed into the former.
