(1) Appropriately add aluminum to the galvanizing pot;
(2) Reduce the contact area between the zinc liquid surface and the air by using a galvanizing pot with a smaller diameter;
(3) Lower the temperature of the zinc liquid and maintain it at the lower limit of the process temperature;
(4) Avoid using dust removal equipment with high air volume on the zinc liquid surface;
(5) Use the "protective gas reduction method" to isolate most of the zinc liquid surface from the air;
(6) Cover the zinc liquid surface with a layer of activated carbon treated with boric acid, or a mixture of diatomaceous earth and alumina;
(7) Dry the solvent on the steel pipe.
