Real bend, as the name suggests, is to compact the bend. When the actual curves, the inner and outer roller and the inner and outer wall of the tube blank are compacted.
1) The advantage of solid bending is that the rebound is small, the molding is accurate, and as long as the roller type is accurate, the R of the inner angle is more accurate.
2) The disadvantage of solid bending is that the stretch/thinning effect. First, the solid bending will cause stretching at the bend, and the stretching effect will shorten the longitudinal length of the curved line; second, the metal at the actual bend will become thinner due to stretching.
