How to avoid spiral tubular welding tumors

The welding tumor refers to welding metal with extra welded seams. The actual size of the welding tumor causes deviations of the weld, and a stress concentration area is formed at the joint. The temperature of the molten pond is too high and the solidification is slow. Falling under the influence of iron water can form welding tumors. In the slopes, the welding of the slopes, welding or vertical welding. If the welding current is too large, the angle angle is incorrect or the operation gesture is improper and it is easy to produce this defect.

During the production process of the spiral tube, the following measures can be taken for control:

1. When the lower part of the molten pool appears "small drum stomach", it can be controlled by swinging and picking the arc.

2. When the welding of welding or the joint connection, the welding current should be appropriately reduced than the flat welding. When swinging left and right, walk faster on the middle part, and the two sides are slightly slower.

3. When the welded welding tin is strengthened to strengthen the welded joints, the welding of 3.2mm in diameter should be selected, and the welding current should be reduced appropriately.
