③ Welding machine: The welding machine must ensure reliable performance and meet the needs of process; the welding machine must have a qualified current and voltage gauge to ensure the correct implementation of the welding process. Welding cables should not be too long, and welding parameters must be adjusted for a long time.
④ Welding process method: Ensure the strict implementation of the special operation methods of galvanizing pipes, the welding process is inspected before welding, the welding process parameters, the operation method control, and the appearance quality inspection after welding. Control the amount of welded material at the welding level and the amount of welded in each mouth.
⑤ Welding environment control: ensure the temperature, humidity, and wind speed during welding meet the process requirements.
