First, external conditions are important factor affecting the corrosion of spiral steel tube. The characteristics, temperature, and soil environment around the pipeline may affect corrosiveness. In particular, microorganisms and chemicals in the soil directly affect the corrosion of the pipeline. In addition, the environmental conditions of long -term pipelines are more complicated and need special attention. In addition, the environmental temperature of the pipeline also affects the corrosion speed of the spiral steel pipe. The high temperature will accelerate the corrosion process, and the low temperature will slow down the corrosion.

Secondly, anti -corrosion failure is another important reason for the corrosion of spiral steel tube. If the spiral steel pipe does not do well in the process of laying, or selects inappropriate anticorrosive materials, it may cause the anti -corrosion layer to fail, which makes the pipeline surface directly contact with the external environment and accelerate the corrosion process. Therefore, when laying a spiral steel pipe, anti -corrosion measures must be considered and the integrity of the anticorrosive layer must be ensured.

In order to prevent corrosion and rust of spiral steel pipes, some effective anti -corrosion methods can be used. For example, adding anticorrosive coating during the production process, such as polyethylene or polyurethane, to improve its corrosion resistance. In addition, cathode protection can be used to protect the spiral steel pipe from being corroded by protecting the method of current or sacrificing anode.
