Under the action of the former, the steel strip with the required width, thickness, and material is rolled into steel pipes of the desired specifications according to the set forming process parameters. The forming methods are divided into upward rolling and downward rolling, and we adopt the upward rolling method. The former we use belongs to the externally embracing type of forming in terms of its working principle. Essentially, the principles of the former and the leveler are the same. Both involve the interaction of three rolls, causing the steel strip to withstand a certain bending moment. When the bending moment overcomes the yield strength of the material, plastic deformation occurs, thereby rolling the steel strip into a steel pipe.
